Order Processing Time

Once order processed orders it   will  be shipped within  on 2 to 3 business working days . Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.  we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. You will be notified through an email and SMS once your order is shipped containing the courier tracking details. You can click on this tracking link to know the status of your order. Your order status is updated to you via email and SMS at every step. You can also track your order through the Track Order link. This link is also given on the top right side of our website.
